I want to highlight two new hotel credit card offers, and one of them could be one of the best hotel card offers of the year!

1. IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card

For just a $99 annual fee, it comes with a ton of value. Here’s the deal:

Sign-up Bonus: 5 free nights (each night capped at 60,000 points) after $5,000 spent in 3 months

Earn up to 26X total points at IHG Hotels & Resorts

Earn 5X points on travel, gas, and dining

Earn 3X points for every dollar spent on all other purchases

Automatic Platinum Elite status — no stays required

Fourth Night Free on Reward Stays (redeem 3 nights, get the 4th free)

Anniversary Free Night Certificate — Redemption cap of 40,000, and you can top it off with points for more expensive stays

$120 TSA PreCheck® / Global Entry credit every 4 years

$50 United Airlines® TravelBank® Credit

No Foreign Transaction Fees

If you’re doing the math, the Global Entry credit alone nearly covers the annual fee. And then you’re getting all the other travel perks on top of that.

Real-Life Examples:

Stay at Hotel Indigo® San Diego (by Petco Park)? That’s ~$320 per night or 55,000 points per night. Use your five free nights from this card and save ~$1,600.

That's just one example of how to maximize this offer!

2. IHG One Rewards Traveler Credit Card

This is the no annual fee version — and it’s also got its best offer since 2023:

Sign-up Bonus: 120,000 points after $2,000 spend in 3 months

Earn up to 17X total points at IHG Hotels & Resorts

Earn 3X on monthly bills, gas, and dining

Earn 2X points for every dollar spent on all other purchases

Automatic Silver Elite status

Fourth Night Free on Reward Stays

No Foreign Transaction Fees

If you stay at IHG® hotels often but don’t want to pay another annual fee, this one’s a solid option to rack up points.

Final Thoughts

Both of these offers are strong, but if I had to pick one, I’d go with the IHG One Rewards® Premier Credit Card. It’s one of those keeper cards I’d hold onto because:

  • The Anniversary Free Night (capped at 40,000 points) can easily be worth more than the $99 annual fee and can be supplemented with points.
  • The $120 TSA PreCheck®/Global Entry credit is rare for cards at this price point.
  • You get $50 United® Airlines TravelBank Cash each year, automatic Platinum status, and more.

All around, it’s a pretty stacked card if you stay at IHG hotels even a few times a year.

If you’re interested, now’s the time — these are the highest offers we’ll see all year.

Let me know if you have any questions!
